Buhari To Make Major Decision On Violent EndSARS Protests – NSA

President Muhammadu Buhari is to make a major decision to douse the nationwide EndSARS protests and resultant violence across the country.

The decision is sequel to the National Security Council meeting conveyed on Thursday by the President at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja.

The National Security Adviser to the President, Major General Babagana Monguno (rtd) made this known to State House correspondents at the end of the security council meeting.

Monguno said, “The President himself is going to deal with these issues in a specific manner apart from what has just taken place in council.

“I believe in the next couple of hours, Mr. President will come up with certain solutions that will be agreeable to the entire Federation.”

The security council meeting was attended by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari; service chiefs, Inspector General of the Police, and heads of other security agencies.
