GAC Motors Upgrades Nigerian Plant, Opens Cambodia Showroom

GAC Motors has upgraded its SKD plant in Nigeria and opened a showroom in Cambodia to end the month of October in style.

GAC Motor is a high-tech enterprise that is devoted to the Chinese craftsmanship of automobiles over the years. Its new mantra Go and Change has seen it bringing a new set of brand values, charting a new strategic direction for the company over the coming years and outlined the company’s focus on technology and Chinese craftsmanship.

GAC in October completed its SKD plant at Ogba, Lagos Nigeria with the launch of new vehicles. The factory covers an area of 3,000 square meters, and after upgrades, the automation levels for the vehicle assembly process rank among the highest in Africa.

With the plant, GAC’s annual production capacity will be increased from 2,000 units to 5,000 units.

GAC Motor has also opened its new G- Style showroom and automobile service center in Cambodia.

The center which was inaugurated by Norm Tong, the founder of GAC Motor’s Cambodian franchise holder TH Group also serves as opportunity
to present to the public, the All New GS8 which made its much-anticipated entry to the excitement of many distinguished guests.

Also in October, GAC’s New sporty GS4 arrives at Côte d’Ivoire, receiving favorable impressions from the audience.

The All New GS4 has won the praise and trust of Ivorian consumers with the “Chinese craftsmanship” of adhering to quality.

As an important trading country in the West African region, Côte d’Ivoire has a very strong role for GAC MOTOR. In this land of deep economic heritage and huge market potential, the brand has initiated a new era of deep development in the African market with the launch of the All New GS4.
