Akpabio Emerges Senate President Of 10th National Assembly

Senator Godswill Akpabio, senator-elect from Akwa Ibom state has emerged as the Senate President of the 10th National Assembly.

Prompt News reports that Akpabio and a former governor of Zamfara state, Senator Abdulaziz Yari, were nominated for the Senate president position.

Senator Akpabio is the anointed candidate for the leadership of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
