NYSC Sets September 3 for Batch B Stream II Passing-Out
NYSC has fixed September 3, 2026, for the passing-out ceremony of 2025 Batch B Stream II corps members.
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has fixed Thursday, September 3, 2026, for the passing-out of 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II corps members.
The date was announced by the NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, in a statement shared on the scheme’s official X account on Monday.
The NYSC passing-out date marks the completion of national service for members of the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II set.
The scheme advised all corps members, their employers and other stakeholders to take note of the scheduled date and make the necessary arrangements.
“All Corps Members, Employers and other stakeholders of the Scheme are enjoined to take note of the date,” the statement read.
The NYSC also confirmed that Certificates of National Service would be issued to the affected corps members on the same day.
“Meanwhile, Certificates of National Service would be distributed to Corps Members on the scheduled date at the Local Government level,” it added.
The NYSC passing-out date will therefore be an important milestone for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II corps members, who will formally complete their national service on September 3.
The scheme urged all relevant stakeholders to take note of the arrangements and ensure that the process runs smoothly across the designated Local Government areas.
The NYSC passing-out date also signals the end of the service period for the affected corps members as they prepare to move into the next stage of their careers and personal lives.
What opportunities should corps members explore after completing their national service?
