Embraer Reports Record $2.2bn Revenue in Q2 2026
Embraer posted record second-quarter revenue of US$2.2 billion, driven by stronger deliveries, cash flow and operating performance.
Embraer has reported record second-quarter revenue of US$2.2 billion, marking a 23 per cent increase from the same period in 2025.
The aircraft maker said the result was its highest-ever revenue for an April–June quarter. On a consolidated basis, adjusted EBIT reached US$296.9 million, giving the company a 13.3 per cent margin.
Adjusted free cash flow, excluding Eve, stood at US$401 million. Embraer attributed the result to stronger operating performance, higher pre-down-payment inflows linked to sales activity and an extraordinary tax credit.
The tax credit, along with tariff exemptions and a stronger business outlook, led Embraer to raise its 2026 financial guidance. The company now expects an adjusted EBIT margin of between 10 per cent and 10.6 per cent for the full year. It also expects adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve to reach US$400 million or more.
Adjusted net income climbed to US$218.6 million, compared with US$158 million in the second quarter of 2025. Net income attributable to shareholders also rose to US$212.6 million, while net income per ADS increased to US$1.1880 from US$0.4283 a year earlier.
Embraer invested US$120.8 million during the quarter, up from US$97.5 million in 2Q25. Including Eve, total investments reached US$151 million.
The company delivered 65 aircraft in Q2 2026, its strongest second-quarter delivery performance in 16 years and a 7 per cent year-on-year increase.
For the first half of 2026, Embraer delivered 109 aircraft, about 20 per cent more than the 91 delivered during the same period last year. The company said continued progress in its production levelling initiatives supported the improvement.
Do you think Embraer’s record performance can continue through the second half of 2026?
