Royal Exchange Plc has notified its shareholders and the investing public of its scheduled 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) where it would re-elect its Directors.
In a notice made available to the public on Tuesday September 10, 2019, the AGM will hold in Lagos on Wednesday October 9, 2019 during which businesses to be transacted include laying the Group’s Consolidated Financial Statement for the year ended December 31st, 2018 along with Reports of the Directors, the Audit Committee and the Auditor’s thereon before the meeting;
Re-election of Directors; Authorization of the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors, and election fs shareholders as members of the Statutory Audit Committee.
The meeting will also witness the approval of the remuneration of Directors, among others.
