Ellah Lakes Plc has commenced a discussion on a whole acquisition of a Delta-based Oil Palm processing company.
The Company secretary, Oake Legal in a notification to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) noted that though a binding term sheet has been agreed, the completion of the proposed transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and execution of a definitive agreement.
