Adesoji Oladejo Now MD Of Morrison Industries

Morrison Industries Plc has appointed Adesoji Akinola Oladejo as its Managing Director following the resignation of erstwhile acting MD, Deji Mustapha.

The Company Secretary, Abosede Agbetu, on Thursday said Oladejo’s appointment took effect from January 4th 2021.

The statement read in part, “Morrison Industries Plc wishes to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange, shareholders and the investing public of the resignation of Deji Mustapha as the acting Managing Director of the Company

” The Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of Adesoji Akintola Oladejo as the managing director with effect from January 4th 2021.”

Morrison Industries said that until his appointment, Oladejo was a business process consultant with Tillbridge Limited.

“He is a certified project management professional PMI with over 28 years of work experience in the business consulting, telecommunication and FCMG work environment. He has experience in project management, quality assurance and control, production and operation lean manufacturing, sales and marketing, ERP(Entrepreneur, Research and planning) and general management.

“He has acquired extensive experience in key areas of business management including business process diagnostic, improvement and re-engineering, business transformation and change management, human capacity development, supply chain management and project management.

The statement added that over the years, Oladejo had been involved in facilitating and refining the business strategies, structure and system of both public and private organizations.

“He has built a track record of consistently achieving viable (measurable) improvements in work performance using training, complex – to simple problem-solving tools and techniques, information technology, performance management system and re-organization of work process.”
