Cornerstone Insurance has announced the appointment of Ogechi Adeola as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The company stated on Thursday that the appointment is subject to the ratification of its board.
The statement read in part, “Cornerstone Insurance PLC (the Company) hereby announces the appointment of Ogechi Adeola as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, subject to ratification by members at a general meeting.”
It said Adeola is a legal practitioner, a prolific researcher, writer and teacher with extensive interest in financial services, strategic marketing and digital marketing in developing economies.
“Adeola has over 25 years of work and consulting experience in the Nigerian Financial services sectors and is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Lagos Business School and alumni of the Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.
“We trust that she would make a significant contribution to the Company in her role as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Following the above change, the Board of Cornerstone Insurance PLC is now comprised of the following Directors”
