IGI Promotes Ashaolu ED Technical, Elevates Ajifolawe, Five Others

The Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) is gradually rejuvenating following the promotion of Mobolade Ashaolu to Acting Executive Director, Technical.

The company’s management also promote six other employees, including the Company Secretary, Abiodun Ajifolawe, who rose from an Assistant Director’s position to Deputy Director.

In addition, Innocentia Okorji, Assistant Manager, Internal Audit is now Deputy Manager, while Richard Ariyo and Patricia Ughe, climbed up from Senior Executive position to Assistant Manager.

Also promoted are Hannah Isitoa, Executive I, Finance and Accounts, and Olajumoke Oladimeji, Executive II, Customer Care, who moved a step upward to Senior Executive and Executive I respectively.

The promotions take effect from 1st Apri, 2022.

The development shows that the wind of transformation that is sweeping through IGI Plc recent has gained momentum.

Ashaolu, until his promotion was the Head, of Marketing, and his elevation means that the company has finally filled up the most important position expected of a serious company in the insurance industry.

The Management called for continued dedication and improved performance of all employees, emphasising that staff promotion would be a continuous exercise to reward unalloyed commitment to corporate goals.
