Today, the brand is taking a bold step forward by introducing a brand-new line of cold brew beverages.
Bake & Brew has been a cherished part of the Lagos community, serving as both a haven for those with a sweet tooth and a destination for celebrations of all kinds. Over the years, their team of 14 dedicated experts has worked tirelessly to craft the highest quality baked goods, cakes, and desserts, all created with love, finesse, and unwavering commitment.
Founder Fola Animasaun, a Lagosian, developed a passion for baking at a tender age. After completing a university degree, Fola’s dream led to a journey through culinary education, culminating in a diploma in patisserie from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and advanced creamy and gelato-making courses at the International Centre for Culinary Arts in Dubai.
The newest addition to Bake & Brew’s offerings, the cold brew line, is a testament to Fola’s dedication to culinary innovation. Inspired by a personal love for iced coffee, especially caramel frappes, Fola set out to create a cold brew that captures all the flavours of this beloved beverage without the need for complex preparation. The result is a product that represents the pinnacle of what a great caramel frappe should taste and feel like.
