The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) on Wednesday said it has postponed its Annual Presidential Policy Dialogue earlier scheduled for Friday till further notice.

Segun Alabi, Head of Corporate Communications at LCCI, in a statement in Lagos said the postponement was at the instance of the Office of the country’s Vice-President.

“While we sincerely regret any inconveniences that may arise from this, we promise to intimate all with the new date for the event as soon as a decision is taken on it,” he said.

The forum provides an opportunity for the Organised Private Sector (OPS) to engage the Presidency on the state of the economy.

It also gives the OPS an avenue to proffer possible solutions to issues.
