In what appears to be a soft indictment, American President, Donald Trump, has told Americans that while he is in the White House working, the citizens have been out there partying.

He quickly added, “But I don’t blame you. Enjoy yourself.”

In the tweeted video via his verified Twitter handle, @realDonaldTrump, the American president also wished citizens a “Really, really, Happy New Year.”
