The photo of an egg has surpassed reality TV star, Kylie Jenner’s photo of her then newborn baby, Stormi, as the most liked photo on Instagram.
The egg portrait, posted by the account @world_record_egg on January 4, has received over 28 million likes, as of the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, the photo of Baby Stormi grasping her mum’s finger, posted by the official @kyliejenner account back on February 6, 2018 comes second with over 18 million likes.
The Egg Instagram page was specifically set up to trounce the record of Kylie Jenner and it succeeded.
The page has only one photo, which was posted on January 4th. The photo of the egg was captioned, “Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram. Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We got this ?”
Kylie has reacted to the egg beating her record by doing a video, in which she cracked an egg on a hot tarred road.
