Dr. Obadiah Mailafia, the presidential candidate of Action Democratic Congress (ADC) has
alleged that he is been subjected to blackout due to what he described as feeling of
apprehension for his candidacy by the ruling party, media and others. This was his opinion
while speaking recently.

He decried the blackout against him as unfair, saying this was because he had better
programmes as compared to other contestants and that he is more knowledgeable as far asconfronting the socio-political challenges affecting the country are concerned.

“We are more acceptable to the young people than any other candidate because they believe in what we are doing,” Mailafia said, adding he had worked out modalities for tackling the problems besetting Nigeria.

He described both All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)
as twins which lack the intellectual and moral wherewithal to move Nigeria forward expressing that Nigerians are looking forward to a servant leader who has foresight, vision
and the will to advance the course of the country.
