Seplat Petroleum Development Company (SEPLAT), a Nigerian independent oil and gas company listed on both the London and Nigerian stock exchanges has announced to its shareholders, stakeholders and the general public that its 2018 full year audited financial report will be released on March 6th, 2019.

The Oil and Gas outfit in a statement signed by Mr Roger Brown, its Chief Financial Officer, said that “Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc, a leading Nigerian indigenous oil and gas company listed on both the Nigerian Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange, today announces that it will issue its Full Year 2018 Financial Results on Wednesday 6 March 2019.”

“At 08:30am GMT (London) and 09:30am WAT (GMT+1) (Lagos) on Wednesday 6 March 2019, the Executive Management team will host a conference call and webcast to present the Company’s results” it further said.

Thanks to the largely healthy oil prices that was recorded in 2018 and the relatively low capital expenditure (capex) and dividends,InsideBusiness is expectant that Seplat Petroleum Development Company will roll-out pretty strong full year results in 2018 come 6thMarch, 2019.

With the Amukpe-Escravos Pipeline Project expected to be commissioned very soon, as-well-as the making of final investment decision on Assa North and Ohaji South (ANOH) Gas Processing Plant also imminent, Seplat has continued to gather more strength, improving its business and de-risking more.

SEPLAT STOCK PRICE MOVEMENT IN THE LAST ONE MONTH

 

The stock of Seplat has in the last one month been on the upward spiral having gained N99.00 representing 19.04 percent as at end of Thursday’s trading session.
