AIICO Insurance Policyholders Get N90bn Claims in 5 years

AIICO Insurance Plc, said is policyholders were redeemed from losses with N90 billion claims and benefits in the past five years in the company’s unwavering commitment to fulfilling its obligations to its teeming customers.

A breakdown of the company’s claim profile shows that in 2014, AIICO paid N10.5 billion claims and it has since continued to rise from N13 billion in 2015 to N14.6bn in 2016, N23.3 billion in 2017 and N29.1 billion in 2018, represent an average annual growth of 27.7 percent. This year-on-year increase is an indication that the company has kept its focus on superior service delivery for differentiation.

Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Babatunde Fajemirokun, said the essence of the company’s existence is to make the policyholders happy and protect them from unexpected happenstances.
