Okomu Oil Palm Plc has declared an interim dividend of N2 per 50 kobo ordinary share in its third quarter period ended September 30, 2019.
This was disclosed in a notice published to the website of the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
They notice said the interim dividend was subject to deduction of appropriate withhoding tax and approval.
Dividends will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as of the close of business on October 31, 2019, the notice said.
According to the notice, “the register of shareholders will be closed on Thursday, October 31, 2019.”
It reads in part: “On Monday, November 11, 2019, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of the close of business on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank account.
It advised Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration to download the registrar’s e-dividend mandate activation form, which is available on our registrars’ website.
