Job description
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities include:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing Dealers in their respective regions

Designing and implementing strategic sales plan through dealership that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Nigerian market space

Recruiting and managing Dealers by setting sales objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of dealers in their respective sales zones
Job brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

You will be responsible for establishing dealership across your sales zone

Maximizing sales through your potential dealers by crafting sales plans, promotional supports and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing your regions’ sales dealers

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in our chosen market space in Nigeria
-
Recruit, set objectives, coaching and monitor the performance of your region’s sales dealers to meet your set target
-
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with your region’s sales dealers by understanding their needs to give them the required promotional support
-
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team for decision making

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements

First or second degree in business administration or a related field
-
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
-
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
-
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
-
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
-
Strong business sense and industry expertise
-
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
