Given the importance of education in the life of a nation, Advans Nigeria is supporting Starfield College to nurture future Nigerian leaders for a better country.
One area of support which aligns with the Advans’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives is the provision of financial donations for the biennial inter-house sports of Starfield College which held on Friday, March 22, 2024.
At the event, a highlight on the school’s calendar, during which students compete in various sporting activities, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition, Advans Nigeria’s recognition of education to improve the nation’s human capital and bridge the skills deficit in Nigeria came to the fore with the financial support and the distribution of essential school supplies to outstanding students.
Gaetan Debuchy, the Managing Director/CEO of Advans Nigeria, reiterated the bank’s commitment to supporting initiatives that empower students. “Our involvement with Starfield College exemplifies this commitment,” said Debuchy. “We are honoured to have played a role in their biennial sports event and look forward to continuing to support educational programs and projects throughout Nigeria.”
