Max Airline takes delivery of Boeing 737 aircraft for domestic operations

Max Air Limited said it had taken delivery of one of the three Boeing 737 aircraft it ordered for the commencement of its domestic operation.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Airline’s Public Relations Manager, Alhaji Ibrahim Dahiru and made available to newsmen in Kano on Sunday.

“The much awaited domestic flights recently announced by Max Air Limited will kick off very soon as the Airline announce the arrival of one of the aircraft in Kano over the weekend.

“Max Air wishes to announce the addition of Boeing 737 into its fleet. The remaining two aircraft will arrive Nigeria in the next few days according to the Director Operations, Captain Ibrahim Dilli,” it said.
The company further said that the domestic flights which would commence any time from now, will start with Kano, Abuja and Lagos before gradually spreading to all major cities across Nigeria.
The airline said it would use the wide bodied Aircraft to airlift passengers for the Umrah in  Saudi Arabia.
“The Airline has four Boeing 747 Aircraft and as you can see now we have additional three Boeing 737 aircraft in our fleet” the statement quoted Dilli as saying
