Lagos Gets New Wi-Fi, CCTV Equipped BRT Buses

In continuation of its promise of providing better transportation services to all Lagos State Government has taken delivery of a new trenche of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Buses which are more commuter-friendly than ever.

The era in which the physical challenged, pregnant women and the aged commuters have transportation inconveniences may just be over forever as this new trenche of BRT buses have special spaces for the physically challenged, pregnant women and the aged commuters.

In the continuous move of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s administration to make Lagos a telecommunication and information hub, these buses provide commuters with WiFi internet services at no extra cost.

The Lagos State Government made proactive step of improving security of every commuter in Lagos by equipping the new trenche of BRT buses with CCTV cameras, so as to monitor the operations and affairs of everyone while commuting.

Also, commuters can their phones and gadgets which commuting on the bus, as the bus possess USB ports which such phones, gadgets and devices can be charged.

Entertainment and access to information are all available on-the-go as passengers are entertained as the buses all come with Television for news sports and music watching.
