Seplat Petroleum Fixes Closed Period April 1 to 30.

Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc Tuesday has informed the general public about its closed period starting from Wednesday, 1st April through to Thursday, 30th April.
The leading Indigenous Nigerian Oil and Gas exploration and production company, said during the closed period, all Seplat’s directors, employees, and anybody discharging managerial duties or advising the company would not be allowed to operate.
Also, those who are related to these individuals in whatever capacity would be banned from dealing directly or indirectly with the company’s shares until 24 hours after the release of its audited financial results.
According to the statement that was published on the Nigerian Stock Exchange website by the company, the directive was in compliance with the Clause 17.2 of the Amendments to the Listings Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and in the run-up to the amendments of Seplat’s Q1 2020 financial result.
Seplat Plc is a Nigerian independent oil and gas company listed on both the London and Nigerian stock exchanges with a strategic focus in the Niger Delta of Nigeria.
