Unilever Nigeria Q1 2020 Revenue Jumps 46%.

Unilever Nigeria, Monday announced that it recorded a 46 percent increase in revenue in Q1 2020, rebounding from the 31 percent drop in the corresponding period last year.
The company’s unaudited financial statement shows that the Unilever had a turnover of N13.3 Billion in Q1 2020 compared to N19.2 billion the company saw in Q1 2019.
In a statement released by the company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) website, the company saw a Profit After Tax (PAT) of N1.1Billion for the period ended 31st March 2020.
This shows a decline of 27% when compared to N1.5Billion recorded in Q1 2019, 31st March 2019.
Unilever Nigeria Plc is incorporated in Nigeria as a public limited liability company under the companies and Allied Matters Act.
As a company in Nigeria, its shares are listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
It majorly manufactures food and into marketing of foods and refreshments, home care and beauty products.
