The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has taunted President Muhammadu Buhari and previous President Olusegun Obasanjo over their most recent contradiction over the $16bn purportedly spent on power amid the residency of the former President.

Fayose on his twitter handle said that he was getting a charge out of people in general show of “brickbats” between the two leaders.

The Governor said that he had been vindicated on his before notice that the individuals who brought Buhari would think twice about it.

He stated, “I am getting a charge out of these most recent brickbats between President Buhari and Ex-President Obasanjo. They should continue uncovering themselves for Nigerians to realize what they have been hiding.

“Nigerians ought to recollect that I cautioned that the individuals who carried Buhari will lament entrusting him with power.”

Obasanjo as of late condemned Buhari and requested that he should not look for a reelection in 2019.

Buhari on Tuesday said that Obasanjo had questions to answer with respect to the $16bn he spent on the power supply.

Nonetheless, Obasanjo in his answer said that the president was obliviously encouraging him to read his book “My Watch” to comprehend the issue.
