Title: Operations Manager
Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
Co-ordinate daily restaurant management operations
Deliver superior food that meet company’s standard to maximize customer satisfaction
Responding efficiently to customer complaints
Coordinate daily front & back house of restaurant
Regularly review product quality & research new vendors
Estimate needs for good kitchen utensils, equipment, cleaning products, general equipment maintenance & servicing
Manage restaurant’s good image & suggest ways to improve it
Control operational cost & identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed weekly, monthly and annual operations, revenue and expenses reports
Ensure proper customer services practices and maintain a top notch staff
Implement all company’s policies, procedures & protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Strict compliance with all relevant HSE regulations

Requirements
First degree in Hospitality, Food Technology, Business Admin or related field
At least 3-5 yrs experience in similar role in FMCG/ Food industry
Professional certifications or related trainings will be an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication & sales skills
Strong Leadership skill
People management skill
High integrity
